A study by Monash University reveals that 16% of teenagers are affected by sleep disorders compared with 3% in the wider population.
Dr Stephen Locksley a consultant from Harvard University is calling for a later start to the school day to redress the situation.
Blue light from technology is one culprit in confusing the Circadian rhythms.
All technology off an hour before bed and in another room to avoid temptation seems like an easier solution than rescheduling school times, buses & staffing.
