Emotional Intelligence in the Alice

My first trip to Alice Springs and there’s water in the Todd. I felt lucky as well to have such a wonderful group for my session on emotional intelligence in leadership. This culturally diverse group enjoyed the session on the power of non-verbal communication and I learnt a few things as well from the Indian participants about head shaking and chin tilting. Lots of laughs.

These people have demanding jobs overseeing projects and facilities for some of the most vulnerable people in the community so they need to be prepared for anything.
